Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive/Senior Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will be key in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-centric, and dedicated to ensuring that client needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
✅ Tailored Solutions: Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of clients to provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality services and products to clients.
✅ Project Management: Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to specification. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
✅ Reporting & Updates: Prepare and present regular reports, updates, and performance metrics to clients.
✅ Handling Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
✅ Client Satisfaction & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
Requirements
🔹 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in client service, account management, or a similar role.
🔹 Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate and address client needs, providing proactive solutions.
🔹 Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
🔹 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
🔹 Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for providing exceptional service to clients and building long-term relationships.
